Cocoa Village

Historic Cocoa Village, the downtown core of the City of Cocoa, was first settled in the mid 1800s and has evolved into one of Brevard County’s premier shopping and entertainment districts and one of the Space Coast’s most popular attractions.

Cocoa Village is one of the Space Coast’s most popular destinations for those who are looking for a unique shopping and dining experience in a relaxing atmosphere with a village vibe!

Walk along our historic, tree-lined streets, shop and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a nostalgic riverside community. Dine at one of our gourmet restaurants before you catch a show at the historic Cocoa Village Playhouse, or visit the Florida Historical Society to find out some more about Florida times past.

Have a special night out with friends and enjoy casual dining – Italian, pizza, sushi, tapas or seafood – and take in the live music at one of our buzzing night spots!

The Historic Cocoa Village Association (HCVA) represents the majority of the merchants in Cocoa Village. The HCVA’s mandate is to help promote and encourage growth of the Historic Cocoa Village community and the City of Cocoa in general by organizing and hosting community events and activities in the Village. Funds raised, support various promotions, general advertising and tourism development. The HCVA’s most prominent events include four Art and Craft Fairs, the Spring and Fall Central Florida Car Shows and four annual Sip & Strolls. The HCVA also partners with the City of Cocoa and Cocoa Main Street in the presentation of various other community supportive events and activities throughout the year.
